Our story
We went on a picnic trip to this island with our bunch of friends.
For the very first time I was not expecting anything from the place whether it would be a good idea to go there or we gonna loathe.
We went there, it took us 2 hours from Ambikapur to reach. As we took the turn for Golden Island it seems like sceneric nature view wanting to hug us. We clicked alot of photos before even reaching the destination.
But as soon as we reached I was blown by the beauty, it was really unbelievable, so surreal to watch & I could not believed on my eyes & a thought kept running into my mind how this beautiful place is still untouched & unrecognized.
If you are a nature lovers then you must have to come once. This island is known for its stunning island, dense forest and clear blue waters, making it a perfect spot for nature lovers and photographers.
As we reach the island we searched for the place to cook, sit, chill & play music, talk, laugh, dance & enjoy the beachy sceneric view of Golden Island. It was breadth taking.
I never expected that this place would be so much attractive beautiful & out of the box, situated near us & we haven’t visited till then.
Mumma was knitting her hankerchief, two of our male friends were cooking & ofcourse we girls were clicking pics dancing & nagging them.
This Journey left an impact on me, what I learned from the experience; When you don’t have expectations, you are more likely to appreciate things as they are, leading to greater contentment and satisfaction. This mindset would helps to stay present, enjoy the moment, and accept outcomes without judgment, ultimately fostering a more peaceful and joyful outlook on life.
We packed the utensils & took the garbage with us, ensuring we left the place as spotless as we found it.
We were there till the sunset, soaking in the serene beauty of the Island. As the sun dipped below the horizon, the sky transformed into a canvas of vibrant colors, creating a magical and unforgettable moment. The beauty enveloped us, making us feel profoundly connected to the Supreme. It was a peaceful, timeless experience, leaving us with a sense of gratitude and awe.
