Padua lake
Padua lake which is 57kms from Patraput bridge, on the way to Araku from Jeypore, Odisha & 153kms from Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh.
It comes under the Jalaput reservoir, it become the boundary between Andhra Pradesh & Odisha.
For over 48kms the river runs nearly north along a meandering course through the Padua Valley.
As we move forward though the Valley the road gently curves along the tranquil expanse of Padua Lake in Odisha, the scenery unfolds like a painting come to life.
The lake’s deep blue waters shimmer under the golden rays of the sun, mirroring the blue sky above.
On one side, the lush hills rise majestically while on the other, the water stretches into the distance disappearing into the horizon.
As we drove along this picturesque route, each bend in the road reveals a new vista, inviting us to pause and drink in the beauty of nature’s masterpiece.

Our experience
As we decided to escape hustle of our routine and spend a weekend at our long Drive to Araku, we tagged at various places along its way & one of the Beauty was Padua lake, renowned for its crystal-clear waters and tranquil surroundings.
As we reach Padua we took a pause, breathe & let ourselves get merge in the beauty. We captured alot of photographers, made memories.
We felt a profound sense of peace and connection with nature that we hadn’t experienced in a long time.
Every Journey is a rejuvenating escape & it always offers something perfect blend of adventure and tranquility.
